Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

VIVAHERBS is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with VIVAHERBS. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, deliveries or disputes between you and VIVAHERBS.
