Return & Refund Policy (India)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, unopened, and unworn

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.vivaherbs@gmail.com with photos or videos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food items, herbs, supplements, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care and wellness products

  • Opened or used health products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately after return approval


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The amount will be credited within 7–10 business days

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
